How to maintain the vegetable greenhouse?

Now more and more greenhouses are applied to vegetable planting. How to prolong the service life of vegetable greenhouses?

1、 Regularly maintain all accessories of greenhouse.

(1) The end plugs of each round irrigation group must be opened in turn every month, and the dirt accumulated in the main and branch pipes must be washed with high pressure to prevent it from entering the drip irrigation pipeline;

(2) Remove all laminations every month and immerse them in acetic acid until the stains are completely removed. When reinstalling, pay attention to the number of laminations in each group and do not install less;

2、 Before stopping irrigation in winter, all pipelines and drip irrigation pipelines shall be cleaned, the laminated filter shall be separated and placed after cleaning, and the laminated shell must be removed and placed horizontally;

3、 The bolts at all pipe connections in the pump house must be loosened, but they do not have to be completely removed;

4、 All ball valves (including ball valves on filter and field) must be in the half open position;

5、 Remove the water inlet command pipe at both ends of the differential pressure gauge on the automatic controller of the filter and discharge the water;

6、 The sand collecting chamber under the sand separator opens the middle connecting part and lifts both ends to drain the accumulated water.
