Which is better for heat preservation, glass greenhouse or plastic greenhouse?

Among the modern integrated greenhouse greenhouses currently constructed, non solar greenhouse, glass greenhouse and plastic film greenhouse are common structural types. Which type of insulation room has better performance?

As we all know, temperature is #### the basic condition for the normal growth of agricultural crops. Greenhouse is a kind of thermal insulation agricultural facility that creates a suitable environment for the normal and rapid growth of agricultural crops. Heat preservation is an important work in greenhouse agricultural production. It is also necessary to choose a suitable covering material.

In order to test which kind of covering material has better thermal insulation, we selected two greenhouses near 35 degrees north latitude for the test at the end of March, namely glass greenhouses and multi span plastic film greenhouses. Without artificial heating, measure and record the indoor temperature every hour in two greenhouses under different weather conditions.

Through our practical analysis, it is found that the temperature of plastic greenhouse rises obviously during the day, the temperature decreases obviously at night, and the thermal insulation effect at night is not obvious, while the thermal insulation effect of glass greenhouse is better than that of plastic greenhouse during the day and night. The thermal insulation performance of glass greenhouse is better than that of plastic greenhouse.

The glass greenhouse has beautiful and novel shape, good light transmittance and good thermal insulation. Plastic greenhouse is economical and practical with low cost. You can choose according to the needs of production and planting.
